If item arrives damaged, please contact us via messages with a picture of the damaged area. All returns must be pre-approved by seller. * For all NON-seller mistake returns such as not liking the color, quality, shape etc., the return shipping fee is at the buyers expense. If the item was shipped free of charge, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
