About your list of words

• We advise around 20 - 40 words
• Start with the person's first name
• A few phrases up to 3 words are okay
• Use more single words than phrases
• Type as a list or use commas to avoid mistakes

We only use the words that you send to create the design and we use exactly what you send. It's really important to use commas in your list as we do not receive your words exactly as you type them. We cannot add words for you unfortunately.

Frequently asked questions

- How is it made ? -

We copy and paste your list of words into our software. Your words are used and repeated to create and fill the shape. Word position, repetition and colours are totally random although we do influence the design for best effect. We usually generate at least 5 designs for every order to achieve the best possible result.

- How do I choose a main word ? -

We aim to make at least the first word on your list prominent or larger than the rest. We assume the first word on your list is most important, usually the persons name or the occasion.

- Can I get a preview? -

We print so many each day that our number one priority is on time delivery. We print each image directly from the screen. Because of this we cannot save images to be sent for approval. This is a low cost randomly generated image printed and created by an experienced word art designer.

- When will it arrive ? -

We post your order next working day directly via the Post office. The estimated delivery day is ebay generated and is only an estimate. It does not take into account words arriving late after orders and also weather conditions etc.
