Once you place your order, send us a message and let us know what color hats you would like.  We will respond with instructions on how to send your logo to us via email.  Any image file type is fine (JPEG, TIF, PSD, PDF, etc), as long as the quality is decent enough for print.  

Please note:  some very low resolution files may look piexelated or blurry when printed, so please provide your highest quality image you have available.  Usually we are able to sharpen up low quality images (but it's kind of a pain and is time consuming... and will probably delay your order).   


In most cases, hats will be printed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.  Rush orders also available.  If you have any questions, just ask!  If you would like us to take a look at your logo and send you some digital proofs before you place an order, send us a message.  We look forward to hearing from you.
