Marvel Legend’s Series - New - The outer plastic casing might show small amounts of shelf wear where they have been stored. 

 

The Del Prado figures are all new and sealed.  Some have some wear on the outside of the packing or the seal has become unstuck, please look a the pictures as both sides are photographed.

 

Sideshow figures:  All sides of the boxes have been shown.  If there is any wear is I shown in the pictures.  Exclusive models the extra items have also been photographed.

 

Comics are all new (never opened never read) have been in plastic sleeves since day 1.  Kept out of direct sunlight.  Only taken out of sleeve to photograph.  These will be sent in hard cardboard envelopes.

 

CD’s and DVD’s will either be new and sealed or security sealed.

 

Key rings are all new.

 

Rings all new and come with a draw string velvet jewellery bag.

 

Ties all new.

 

Models / figures will be as stated and pictures will show any signs of wear or damage.

Postage:

All our items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class standard unless states otherwise. International & Worldwide postage (Small Packets Airmail).

 

Items will be posted out within three working days of receiving payment. 

 

We use the professional packing (CD’s & DVD’s domestic Jaffabox, International Jiffy bubble wrapped).

 

All models will be sent out in professional packing mainly supplied though mail-box.  They will also be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival.  They will always be sent (domestic - 1st Class Recorded), (International - Tracked, Signed and Insured via Global Shipping ).

 

Prices for the postage are the true cost of Royal Mail postage (over the counter) plus the cost of packing.  We may use a cheaper courier to save you some expense which we will then refund the difference to you. 

 

We do offer discount for multiple purchase on the same order.  Please ask before purchase.

 

If you require tracking where tracking is not offered please ask before purchasing.

 

Terms:

No contract for the supply of goods will subsist unless and until an email is sent by Starskys Store to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Starskys Store and is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.

Our items are bought brand new. Some may be ex display or used, if so they will be listed as that and we do NOT sell copies. All our items are region 2 / PAL for the UK & Europe unless other wise stated. Please check compatibility before buying as we do not accept liability after it has been purchased and no refund will be given.

We guarantee to send you a replacement or a refund if your purchase does not arrive within working 14 days from dispatch. (European and International buyers please allow up to 21 days).

Returns:

If the item is damaged or faulty please contact us before you return.  On receipt of the item we will replace with another one.  Where another one is not available we will refund.  The return of the item is at the buyers expense and we suggest it to be tracked.
