How long will delivery be?
Standard shipping is generally between 2-6 business days within Australia. Express Post is a guarantee next business day delivery to locations within the Australia Express Post network. Please visit Australia Post for further information.

When will my order be sent?
All orders received before 3pm AEST/AEDT are posted on the same business day.

Can I track my order?

International buyers

1. Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
2. The item has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged

1. Contact us to obtain a RA number, shipping details and let us know what style and size you want to exchange your item for. Or you can order your preferred item online now for immediate shipping and we will refund your return item as soon as it arrives.

How do I return a faulty item?

First of all, we apologise if you have received a faulty or the wrong item. Please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the error. We will replace your item at no further cost to you or provide you with a full refund.
