Sizing Guide
Length:Measure length of pet’s back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Neck: Measure the circumference of pet’s neck for a snug fit. No need to add inches as you would with a collar.
Chest/Girth: Measure girth around the broadest part of the chest and add 2”.
Note: If the dog has a stout build, select one size larger. The sizing for these new 2013/2014 Jackets differs from the older Noreaster jackets so if you've purchased one of the older versions, please remeasure your dog to ensure the best possible fit.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. For purchases that are not paid for within 7 days, we have eBay set up to automatically submit the unpaid item / transaction cancellation request. If you require more than 7 days to complete payment, please contact us.
Shipping
US Customers: We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. For items that are listed with Free Shipping, the Free Standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Select Service or USPS 1st Class mail at our discretion based on the weight of the package and customer's zip code. Buyer may upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional charge if a faster shipping method is required.
Please note that we try and ship items in the most cost effective way possible. In some cases, if you have purchased multiple items, it may be less expensive to ship the items separately than to combine them into one package. In those instances, we will provide you with more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.
International Customers: We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. The default and most economical International shipping option is USPS International 1st Class mail. Buyer may upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail or UPS Worldwide Saver for an additional cost. In most cases, we will provide Insurance on International shipments from ShipSaver Insurance as part of your shipping & handling cost to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Even though we ship within 3 business days, International Shipping via USPS International 1st Class mail may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you require a faster shipping option, please select USPS International Priority Mail. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS Worldwide Saver as your shipping option during checkout.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Terms of Sale
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, we accept returns within 30 days of original receipt by the customer. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns must be in new, unused and as-shipped condition.
For any returns or exchanges, please use eBay's merchandise return process. Once we receive your return we will issue a credit for your original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee (note: if the return is due to manufacturer defect, no restocking fee is charged). We try to offer products at a low price and include free outbound shipping where possible. We charge a restocking fee to help offset our outbound free shipping costs for the returned items.
Please note: Returns are not accepted after 45 days of original receipt by the customer as documented by the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number.

Whiskers & Waggles proudly focuses on primarily offering Made in the USA pet products, many of which are also eco-friendly. We started the business because we personally had a hard time finding durable pet toys made of natural or recycled materials which were also Made in the USA. We were tired of buying toys that didn't last and we knew other pet parents that felt the same way so we decided to start WhiskersandWaggles.com.
We do sell items that are not made in the USA. We tried to find similar products that were made here but have not been able to find comparable domestically produced alternatives to these products. We continue talking to the manufacturers of these products and hope that at some point, they will begin to onshore the production of these items.
We have tried all of the products that we sell before we offer them to you to buy. No product (toy, leash, collar, etc.) lasts forever so we have worked hard to find the best products that provide good value for the money.
We are a small but growing business and are grateful for the opportunity to share the products we've found with you. We appreciate your business and pay it forward by giving back to the community by donating 5% of our net profit to local animal care centers and service animal organizations.
