The white fabric has a stripe pattern throughout, and is lightweight and comfortable to wear.

The shirt features a collar, 2 button-up breast pockets, shoulder tabs, a decorative tab in the centre of the back, and a 4-button central front closure.

There is a bold coloured motif on the left front with the lettering 'Surf Industries' in black.
