Shipping prices are for continental USA and eBay global shipping program, for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Items that are eligible for the Global Shipping Program and that are offered to buyers in eligible countries are automatically shipped internationally through the Global Shipping Program.

As per manufacturers policies all warranties are null and void on products shipping outside the USA.

Our products are packed from the manufacturer and shipped as is, this products are made to be sold on the U.S, outside of the US, check for local voltage ratings, Countries like the United Kingdom will need a converter, please make sure it will work in your country before buying.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Northern Mariana Islands, we reserve the right to cancel order.

RETURN POLICIES

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Spotty Training Place, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products.

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Customer must obtain an RMA number prior to the return and pay for the shipping.

If the return order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be deducted a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of shipping.
