Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase date.
You must inform us about any returns within a 14 day time limit.
We strongly advise, when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc do not leave marks or scents on the items. We will not accept the return of used or soiled items.
Please make sure when you are returning an item to place a note inside the parcel stating your reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange, also please write your ebay user inside your note so we know who the parcel came from.
To have your item exchanged please place £3 inside your parcel to cover the return postage cost.
Any item can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase. (Excluding Under Wear) All tags must still be attached and item available for re-sale. If the item is not in a condition for re-sale and tags are not attached we can refuse your refund.
Under Wear can NOT be exchanged or refunded.

If you have purchased an item and don't live in the UK your item can only be refunded. No exchange is available for over sea purchase's.
We Strongly advise when sending an item back to us that you send your parcel recorded delivery as we are not responsible for the item being lost on return, and this could result in you not receiving your refund/exchange.
All refunds are made within 1 working day of receiving the item.
All refunds are refunded back to the PayPal account which the item was purchased with.
