Returns-
We are proud to offer a no quibble returns policy. Please fill in the returns form that is supplied with your item and contact us by eBay message or by phone within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange the return. Upon the return of the item your refund will be processed in full within 14 days (subject to the item being in it's original condition). If you require a replacement item, it will be delivered at the same time as we collect your faulty item. Half covers are supplied with a free returns label that you can attach to your parcel and send back to us from your local Post Office at no cost to yourself.
Delivery-
Most items, unless otherwise stated, are sent using Interlink Express. Interlink Express offer a tracking service, which means that you will receive a text message and email notification when your item has been despatched. On the morning your delivery is scheduled, you will receive a further text message and email notification that provides a 1 hour timeslot for your delivery, enabling you to plan your day around it.
Please note unless advised otherwise (e.g. item going by Royal Mail) UK delivery is Mainland UK only, this excludes Scottish Highlands, and Ireland.
