Here we have a pair of new door threshold sill plates made just for the 1971-1975 Chevrolet Impala or Caprice convertible or 2 door hardtop. The sill plates are the covers that cover the edge of the carpet and over the door sills, when you open the car door the sill plates are what you step over to get into the car. The sill plates are polished aluminum with the correct 'BODY BY FISHER' emblem riveted on, they have the proper pattern stamped in and are polished to a chrome like finish. Replacing your old dented or corroded sill plates will make a big difference on the look of your interior.
