Brand new.  Box is a little crushed, but plush remains safe inside.  Box measures approx. 8 inches from top to bottom and 4 3/4 inches from front to back and 5 1/2 inches across the front to give you an idea of how big the plush is.  Plush has never been displayed or played with.  Displayed in the box.
