This lamp is the exact same lamp that originally came with your Projector unit. These lamps and housings are built by original brand manufacturer.  The lamp and the housing are 100% original.

Payment :

· We accept PAYPAL payment and (all major credit cards accepted through PAYPAL)

· We ship to confirmed PAYPAL address ONLY. (No exception)

· California Residents must add sales tax.

Shipping & Handling:

· Please use our shipping calculator to find out your shipping cost. 

· All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

· We do not provide local pick up or will-call.

· Products will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after we receive the payment. (Most orders will ship within 24 hours after payment is received).

· Tracking # will be email to you once your order shipped.

· Please contact us after 3 business days if you did not receive any tracking status for your order.

· We do not guarantee delivery time for international shipments.  Every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer or shorter time to inspect your products.

· Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.   

Return Policy / Warranty:

· 30 days return/refund policy – 15% Restocking fees may apply if the product is not return in original condition. 

· All lamps come with 120 days warranty from the dated invoice. If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for return merchandise number for warranty replacement.

· Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for warranty replacement. We will ship a brand new replacement lamp to you at our cost.

· A unique serial number is assigned to each individual lamp.  Serial number can be found on the packaging, housing, and actual bulb. Warranty is void if the accrual serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
