Orders completed and paid for by 2.pm are usually dispatched the same day, stock levels permitting.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If ordered before 2.pm, your purchase will be dispatched the same day via your selected shipping method. ( Subject to stock levels and payment completion)

Large orders, defined by static / volumetric weight, or orders with a value of over £25 will be sent via national courier and will require a signature.

Your chosen shipping method cannot be changed or upgraded once the order has been placed.

PackitUK rely on their outsourced transportation partners and therefore cannot accept liability for delays from external parties (Including Royal Mail) but we will be happy to assist wherever possible. This includes any consequential losses and we therefore request that ample time is given for unforeseen delays.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  

Once your eCheque or PayPal payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 business day (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Please have your eBay User ID and delivery postcode to hand when phoning to ensure we can find your order in our system and process the payment accordingly. 

All payments must clear within 5 days or orders will be cancelled. A VAT invoice will be provided via email or post upon request.

We do not accept postal orders or cheques.

Food grade
items referenced below  includes ALL baking supplies (cake boards, cake boxes, cupcake cases etc) and cello/polypropylene bags.    

We fully comply with UK and European Food Safety Regulations as well as Consumer Contracts Regulations (supersedes Distance Selling Regulations as of June 2014).
It is therefore our responsibility to ensure that all products sold, that could come in direct contact with food, are sent to you in first class condition and are suitable for this use. All measures have been taken to make sure that this product arrives with you, ready for use and is 100% food safe. 

Due to the above information, we are  unable to accept returns of any food grade products under any circumstances due to hygiene regulations as specified above.
We will however process a refund/replacement in the following circumstances:
- Damage to products during transit photographic evidence will be required
- Faulty products: photographic evidence will be required together with return of item to allow us to investigate the matter
- We have supplied the incorrect size or grade of item

All requests to return acceptable non food grade products need to be received within 14 days of date of delivery and must be approved by Kingscroft Logistics Ltd (the seller), as per your consumer rights detailed in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, undamaged and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method once the goods have been received and checked, within 48 hours of delivery to our premises. If goods are returned without our prior approval and the provision of a Return Authorisation Number, they cannot be processed and refunded.   Buyer pays return postage.

As a result of this policy, we would please ask that you make sure that the correct size, colour and thickness of this range of products has been ordered, as any mistake in ordering cannot be rectified once item has been dispatched.
