Returns and refunds

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get if you chose to buy it. The exact condition of the item is stated in the description above. If a customer proceeds in a purchase, the item it will be packed very carefully so to receive it in the condition mentioned in the description and showed in the pictures above.

In case that a customer contact me asking for refund claiming that he doesn’t received what he paid for (different, broken, used or in any other condition different from what is stated in item description and pictures), he must provide me evidence in a form of a short video unboxing the package that he received.

In the case that a customer simply changed his mind or purchased an item by mistake and wishes to return it, the following terms are applied:

For customers within Europe

The item must be in the exact condition as it is received it. The customer must return it with the initial packaging and ship it as registered package or registered envelope as well as to provide a tracking number. The refund covers only the initial price of the item and not its shipping expenses. The buyer pays return shipping.

For customers outside Europe

The item must be in the exact condition as it is received it. The customer must return it with the initial packaging and ship it as registered package or registered envelope as well as to provide a tracking number. The customer is also responsible to cover any customs fees may asked by the Greek custom authorities. The refund covers only the initial price of the item and not its shipping expenses. The buyer pays return shipping.

Any refund will be given after I receive and verified the condition of the item. It is assumed that a used or broken item it’s not returnable.
