This is a brilliant 2016 Chinese panda coin, made of 30 grams 999 fine silver.  This is the first time that Panda silver coins are minted in this weight.  The projected mintage is also much lower than the past few years.

It has an eye appealing design to begin with and is even more extraordinary with the special contrasting gild finish.  The entire coin is permanently layered in pure 24K gold except the main feature on the obverse.   Please see the high-res pictures for details.  The "grey" part of the panda is actually in frosted silver finish. 

Due to the highly reflective surface, it is very hard to capture the entire beauty of this coin.  It comes with the original anti-piracy capsule.

A quick note: there are many counterfeit silver panda coins out on the market.  There are a few things to look for. The most important fact is that a fake panda coin almost never weighs at the specific weight given the same diameter and thickness.  Another way to verify a real one is to look for three small tabs around the inside of capsule.  These tabs can be found on both sides.  For expert, needless to say, one can tell the fineness of the panda, especially the hair.  A real panda coin would feature very smooth and clear transition among the hair, while a fake one will usually show its rough edges.
