BBQ Scraper – 5 in 1 Cleaning Tool and Bottle Opener to suit 3 Digit Model Weber* Qxxx BBQs 

We love our Weber Q BBQ. But, we couldn't find a BBQ scraper that would fit the grill shape of the Weber perfectly – so we designed our own. 


To suit the grills of Weber Q BBQs with 3 Digit model series (100, 200, etc).

 

FEATURES:

  • Made from 2mm thick precision laser cut 304 Stainless Steel with a brushed finish.
  • Linished and edge rounded so it’s safe to handle.
  • Made to suit the shape of your Weber Q BBQ perfectly, so you can get into all the tight spots other cleaning tools can’t. (Spacing is 14mm centre to centre of grill bars.)
  • Our tool is safer than common alternative wire brush options, which can often leave remnant wire pieces that could be ingested. 


5 USES:

  1. Flat scraper for cleaning the top surface of the grill.
  2. Deep teeth to remove the bulk of the grime.
  3. Smaller teeth to clean the shallow sections of the grill.
  4. Single deep tooth to "floss" and thoroughly clean the gaps in the grill.
  5. Bottle opener so you can crack open your favourite beverage, because what’s a BBQ with one.
  6. We know, 6? But we only said 5? Well, it also comes with a handy cut-out hook that allows you to hang it on the BBQ’s wire bracket.

WHICH TOOL IS RIGHT FOR YOU:

To know which accessories will suit your Weber Q BBQ, you need to know your model number.
From 2003 to 2013: Each line of grills were numbered as 100, 200 and 300 – this is the ‘3 Digit’ Range.
From 2014: Weber changed the line numbering from 100’s to 1000’s, so the 100 became the 1000, 220 became 2200 and so on.
From 2023: Weber updated line numbering to feature an 'N' suffix, so the 1000 became the 1000N.

  • We know you'll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible.  We offer secure and fast shipping to anywhere in Australia or the world.
  • Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase.  We will contact you if there are any changes or issues.
  • Where possible items will be combined into one order, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.
  • You will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Keep an eye on it for any updates as your order makes its way to you.
  • Delivery times are 1-3 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan cities. WA, SA, NT, and regional or remote areas may take longer.
  • If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

1. You changed your mind

  • We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
  • All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
  • Return shipping costs are non‐refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing parts

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please email us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
  • Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.

3. The item is faulty

  • Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.
  • Should your product be faulty, please contact us so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.

GST

  • GST is included in all our prices
  • A tax invoice will be included with your purchase

Warranty

  • All of our products are fully backed by Australian manufacturer warranty.
  • KAON products are covered with a 12 month warranty unless indicated otherwise.
  • Should the item you receive be faulty in any way, please contact us and we'll make sure the correct process is followed so the issue can be addressed as quickly as possible for you.

Pickup

In accordance with new eBay policy which is being strictly enforced as of Sept 1, 2017 we are unable to promote contact methods other than eBay Messages.

If you have any questions regarding an item, please contact us via eBay Messages.

If you wish to Click’n’Collect, you will need to buy and pay for the item as usual, and then message us that you would like to collect it.  Pick-up details will then be sent to you.

Any requests to deal off eBay will be ignored.

Out apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but it simply isn’t worth the risk as eBay will suspend our account if we breach these rules.
