HOW TO SEND YOUR PERSONALISATION DETAILS

Any age, any relative & name of relative and date of their birthday. 

Simply:

pick the relation and age and then include the details for your card in the personalisation box above or

send me an ebay message after checkout has been completed 

or add it as a 'MESSAGE TO SELLER' with your payment 

(please remember to press 'ADD' AFTER typing your message) with the following PERSONALISATION details:

1. NAME

2. DATE OF BIRTHDAY (UNLESS you request either a different year OR you specifically ask for no year at all on the card, EVEN IF you've only stated in your message, for example, 19th July, then the CURRENT year will be included e.g. 19th July 2024, in the design)

3. Insert choice (see below)

*Please note, if NO personalised details are received within the 2 working days dispatch time, the card will be sent as per your purchased details only - i.e. relation and age*

 INSERT OPTIONS

There are 3 inserts available printed on matching heart themed paper:
1: printed with your own message,(right-hand page only, a maximum of 6 lines of writing, containing a maximum of 7 words per line, NO EMOJIS)

2: left blank, or

3: Happy Birthday
**Please Note, if I don't receive either a request for no.1 (own message), or no.3 (Happy Birthday) then I will assume the no.2 option is what is required by yourself (i.e. left blank)**

DELIVERY

It will come delivered to you in a protective cellophane wrapper complete with white envelope in a hardbacked envelope. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days after payment has been completed and posted by Royal Mail 1st class.

RETURNS

Please check over all spellings and wording contained in your message before sending, as I cannot be held responsible for any incorrect details I am provided with.
As this is a made to order item, returns & refunds can only be given if the error is on my part.
