Packing & Posting:

Postage is via Australia Post with tracking for Australian deliveries. Postage charges include a modest amount for packaging and handling as many of my items are fragile and require extensive protection which can result in a larger than expected package. It’s pointless buying a bargain if it arrives in bits! Check my feedback to confirm that my packing and postage is realistic. Postage discounts are available for multiple purchases, ask when purchasing. Please enquire for overseas postage.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note: Packages may pass through Customs in your country and you may have to pay local taxes on your item; these are your responsibility. 

Returns:

I try to describe and photograph all used items accurately and in good faith. I will refund only if an item's condition is not as described or shown, is damaged in transit, or doesn’t function as described, bearing in mind RetroSell mostly offers pre-owned vintage and retro items which have some age and wear. Photographs are part of the description, so look carefully! 

Please advise in writing of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
