Express delivery via UK Mail

If you require next day delivery, please select the express delivery option and place your order by 12pm Mon - Thur. Delivery is guaranteed by 6pm Mon - Fri (if you select the express delivery option after 12pm on Thursday your order will be dispacthed on Friday for delivery on Monday).

International delivery - We do deliver to most countries internationally however there are some exceptions, please select the "postage and payments" tab at the top of the listing to see if delivery to your location is possible.

Problem with your order? - Please contact us first either via email or by telephone, and we will do our very best to answer any questions and rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Returning an item - If you wish to return your order please find the item in "My eBay" under "Purchase History" and select "Return this item" under the "more actions" drop down menu. We will then be able to authorise this and you will recieve all the info you need.

Please note that we can only accept the return of unused items, for example those that have not been heated. We also will not be able to authorise the return of personalised products. Please also note that as per our return policy we will not be able to pay the cost of return postage.
