Why does it take so long to ship if you are in the US?

We offer over 700 different prints and run our business from our small studio apartment in Tustin, California. Because of that, we are physically unable to stock all products, in all sizes, at all times and have to manufacture most items to order.

Many manufacturers won't deal with small orders of products either so sometimes it is necessary to wait a few days until enough orders accumulate to start the manufacturing process.

We try our absolute best to deliver your item in an acceptable time frame, and most orders ship way before the stated delivery time. Sometimes however things don't work out the way we want and it might take longer.

Do you ship to countries outside of the US?

We do ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping Program. If your country is included into the program then the answer is a definitive yes, otherwise the answer is no. Sorry about that!

What do I do if I received an item that was damaged?

Simply open a return request on eBay and send the item back on our cost to receive a full refund.

Keep in mind that a full refund in this case only applies to warranty issues like damage, item quality, or mistakes on our part and that we will manually inspect every item for the claimed defect before issuing your refund.
