 Return policy 

• All of our products are well-inspected and tested for condition and functionality.
• We will try to describe the item as accurate as possible.  Please read listing carefully and know exactly what you're buying.
• We will ONLY accept returns for the following reasons:

        1. An item is Grossly Represented in the listing and not as shown or described.
        2. An item is sent with wrong or missing parts.
        3. Item must be UNUSED, NEW, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGE.

• Please note that Health Department rules forbid us from taking back used, washed, or soiled bedding, health care products, and beauty items.
• Sorry, we do not accept returns for USED or PRE-OWNED merchandise.
• Contact us immediately and describe in full details the reason you are returning the item.  Upon approval, return the item in original package within 3 days of receiving.  We will exchange if item is available.  If not, a refund less shipping fees will be credited back to your account.  Buyer pays return shipping.
