We try to process and send tracking information for all orders within one business day of receiving the order. In most cases, items are delivered within 6 days of order completion. Although there are times when unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing a quick turn around time, rest assured that your order is a top priority to us. Most orders are delivered via USPS, however, the shipping provider we use is dependent on the number of items you choose and the weight of the order. The shipping date will be provided once the order is reviewed and processed. In all most all cases, your order will be shipped via either Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 6 business days).
*Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders. Electronics, once opened will not be allowed a return.
