Remarks:
-These PSUs are heavy
and made with high quality components.
-These PSUs are modified
ATX PSU suitable for all AT systems (AT PSUs have been discontinued).
-These PSUs have the
-5Volt rail (obsolete white wire required by AT systems).
-Some systems without
motherboard do not require the use of the P8 & P9 connectors which can be
left unused.
-AT PSUs traditionally
have a Monitor Outlet but a standard PC/Kettle power cord can be used to power
the monitor directly form the main instead. Choose the PSU No 1 if a Monitor
Outlet is required.
-Some systems do not
require the On/Off switch. It may be simply left switched ON and tied up safely
inside the machine.
-The switch is removable
and can be replaced by another one (terminal
block size: 9x0.6mm).
-Some slim PC such as 2U
rackmounts cannot take a PSU with a fan on top due to the lack of room for
ventilation. Choose a PSU with NO Fan on top.
-Any PSUs can be
returned within 14 days for a refund (minus all postage charges) and is under a
1year warranty.
-P8 and P9 connectors
MUST be plugged in so that the black wires are side by side (together in the
center). Failure to do so may damage the board. Not to be mistaken for
the similar looking Auxiliary ATX connector which has 3black, 2orange and 1red
wires and which may also be labeled P9.
-The
last picture shows how to connect the wires to the switch. The wire
colors don't matter.
-ST-302HLP(AT) is
the only PSU available with the optional P10 connector. Please select the
required P10 connector. With +3.3V orange wires or +5V red wires.
