These pouches have been previously issued and used in the field and may have some dirt staining but are in good condition with no tears, rips broken snaps or buckles.  Buckle, cordlock and drawstring all checked and in proper working order.  These have been laundered and the "U.S." marking on the front is very faint or invisible.
