      Our cooktops come with power cord so they can be hardwired or if your choice is to connect them to 208-240V  60/50Hz wall outlet,
    you would simply have to buy proper plug that fits your outlet and connect wires. It is 5 min task and plug cost is $8-10.

    Warranty
      Our products carry 1 year warranty  and REFURBISHED products 6 months. In case of malfunction, contact us to start warranty claim.
    We will either repair or replace it with refurbished or new unit at our discretion. Shipping cost will be covered by us. 
    This warranty doesn’t apply to obviously misused unit that has cracked/broken glass or case or unit that has been exposed to water of fire. 
    Even if you accidentally do break your cook top, we are still here to help you. 
    Depending on availability we might be able to sell you new glass which should be replaced by trained/certified person.
    Due to high international shipping cost, we are not able to replace defective unit.
