Met Parachute Full Face MTB Helmet

The Met Parachute is the trailblazer for a new category of helmets purpose-built for Enduro mountain biking. It combines the protection of a full face helmet with low weight, high ventilation and comfort. Weighing in at just 700g (Size M), it is extremely light and well ventilated making it comfortable to wear on climbs and safe on descents.

Riders buy a full face helmet to have more protection to their face, so it’s important to know if the chin guard has been stringently tested and passes the ASTM standard. Its also great that the chin guard does not restrict your breathing: non-removable chin guard is integrated into the helmet. Thanks to its construction it is the only chin guard of its kind that exceeds ASTM testing. This technology and highly innovative design create a solid, compact and highly-ventilated chin guard.

Adjustable visor with intergrated air vents The visor’s role is to protect the face especially the eyes from branches and the sun, or against mud.
You can fine tune your field of vision by adjusting the anodized aluminum side screws. The visor can easily be adjusted to provide plenty of space to stow your goggles. Talking about goggles the Parachute has a clip system on the back of the helmet that keeps your goggle strap in place all the time no matter how tough and rugged the terrain.

The fact that the Parachute is ASTM certified gives the confidence to the rider that MET has designed and certified the Parachute to provide the best level of safety in its class.

Standard Delivery

We know you will be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure your eBay details are valid and the address and contact phone number are correct so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment. Our couriers require the recipients phone number for each delivery.

We pack and ship every day with our first run leaving our warehouse daily at 11am via Fastway Couriers. Our Australia Post pick up leaves us by 2pm. All orders received by 9am should leave us same day - orders received after 9am will leave next day.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Most consignments are tracked and tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipping.

Australian delivery normally takes 3-5 days from the shipping date depending upon your location. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for WA and remote locations. An ETA will be provided in your My eBay section of eBay with a guide also available in the "Postage and Payments" tab above. Please be aware this is "estimate only"

Please note: Our courier service will not leave an item without a signature on delivery or an authority to leave buy the customer which negates Action Bike & Ski and the courier service of any theft or damage.

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us via ebay Messages before sending anything back.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund. Our retuns / refund policy covers the following policies

1. You changed your mind

* We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it to us up to 30 days for your choice of exchange or refund, excluding original delivery costs. Please note for change of mind returns a 10% restocking fee will apply.

* All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.

* Return shipping costs are non‐refundable cost for exchange shipping is at the buyers expense.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing parts

* As we sell only brand new items, all orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you and provide a reply paid address for shipping back to us at no cost.

* All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

* Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us via eBay Messages before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.Please do not destroy or dump any item before taking a photo and before we have authorised the replacement upon receiving the photographic damage.

3. The item is faulty

* Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.

* Should your product be faulty, please contact us via eBay Messages so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty.

Depending on the manufacturer's warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
