Shipping:

If you checkout to pay Standard Int'l Shipping which the shipping method is by EMS (International Express Mail Service) to ship your item when we receive your order.
All orders will be wrapped by bubble wrap box or bag to ship your items.
International shipping times vary from country to country. If the shipment is delayed, please contact your local customs agency or postal office for the status.

International Customers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

If for any reason you are being issued a refund, the shipping charges will not be refunded in any circumstances. How long does the return take?
Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked, and for the return to be processed.
Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.

Items received by us after the initial 30-day period are no longer eligible for refund and will be forwarded to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement only, the choice of which will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. All items described as "new" should come with a manufacturer warranty. For repair or replacement inquiries after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Please note that any physical damage will automatically void the product warranty and any products that exhibit physical damage will be returned to you. For example, we cannot accept CPU returns if the item is cracked, chipped, burnt, has bent pins, or if the item has sustained any other type of physical damage.
