Designs:

Design is printed directly on your phone case and cured with UV light, high quality print is scratch resistant and will not fade or rub off for long time, every case is inspected before shipping to ensure high quality for every order. You are bidding/buying only phone case not phone illustrated in images.          

Materials and color:

We offer 2 kinds of cases - hard plastic and gel/TPU. Phone cases are transparent, except design, design is solid color. 

Shipping:

All items are dispatched within 1 working day, we do not dispatch orders over weekends or bank holidays.  Usually shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks, in rare cases it can take longer, as per information at our local post office packages are considered lost after 30 days from dispatch date, please contact us if you haven't received your order within this time period

Returns:

Returns are accepted once the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in unused condition, please make sure the items are well packed, we will not refund damaged or lost items. Please add a note with your eBay ID and return reason to package content.
