We are a VAT registered company, therefore VAT is included in the invoiced price.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us through Ebay message or by email to info@ixen.co.uk. If the item has not already been despatched we will cancel the order and refund you accordingly.

We ship worldwide from our stock within the UK. All orders received before 3pm (15.00) UK time will be shipped the same day - Monday to Friday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Small items will be shipped same day via Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class as detailed in the listing.  If the value of the order is under £10 we will not use a tracked service. If you require a tracked service please select the option at the time of ordering.

Larger items will be shipped same day either by Courier or Royal Mail as detailed in the listing.

If you have a problem with your item please, before leaving negative feedback, message us through eBay. We will always do whatever we can to assist you.

If you do not want to keep the item that you have received, please send the item back to us for a full refund of the cost of goods. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs. We will not refund any postage fee's paid.

If the item has arrived with you damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days. We will refund you for your item in full and re-emburse you for any return postage fee's upon receipt of the faulty item. 

If you are based outside of the UK, we will only re-emburse postage costs equivelent to those within the UK.
