We do expect payment or notification of sending payment within 72 hours of purchasing your item. Once payment is received item(s) will be shipped immediately (within 3 business days).

To keep your shipping costs low we ship patches via regular mail. If you wish to have your purchase sent express or couriered and/or with a tracking number and/or insurance, you will need to contact us as there will be additional charges. 
Average delivery times are as below:
Within Canada- 4 to 9 business days
To the USA- 4 to 14 business days
International- 7 business days to 6 weeks (depending on the country)

If we do not receive payment within 72 hours, we will send a payment reminder notice, you will have 48 hours to contact us and pay. If we do not get a response or do not receive payment we will file for an unpaid item at which point you are given another opportunity to contact us and to pay.
