If you wish to cancel an order contact us via Ebay messages. If the item/s has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund payment.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. Most items will be dispatched same day if we receive your order and cleared payment before 12PM U.K time. Items are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

We ship via fully tracked courier service, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive your order between 7:30AM and 5:30PM.  Items are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Cut off time for next working day delivery is 11AM.

If your item, box or packaging is damage when the courier attempts delivery you must sign for it as damage and notify us within 24 hours, the courier will not accept a damage claim it the delivery is not signed for as damage and reported to them within 24 hours.

Delays in Delivery: In the event of a delay in delivery we will not be liable for the courier's fault. No refund will be given where the courier fails to deliver the item on a particular service. For example an item sent by 24 hour service and you not receiving the item in the given time due to delays by the courier.

Failed Delivery: If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel but have not found anyone to take the delivery, the driver will leave the failed delivery card through the letterbox then it will become your responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with courier company. The parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days then it will come back to us. In this event, it will be your responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charges incurred.

If Royal Mail attempt delivery and no one is at home they will leave a card and you will pickup from your local sorting office.

If any parcel is returned to us as undelivered you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the return postage and the original postage cost.

We do not ship to BFPO or PO Boxes Addresses

We work very hard and make every effort to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchased item and that your order reaches in a perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy or satisfied with your item and wish to return your order please follow our return policy below:

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us within the 14 days of receiving your order 

1. The returned item must be received by us before any exchange/refund can be processed.

2. The items must be returned in its original condition with all tags and labels attached and in the original packaging.

3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty or we sent you a wrong item or size. You will be requested to send a photo of the fault or wrongly sent item.

4. Any item which in our opinion has been used or soiled or not in the original sale condition is exempt from our return policy.

5. We are not responsible for any item that is lost while in return transit to us. We recommend that you use a form of return delivery where the item can be tracked.

6. It is your responsibility to ensure that any items returned to us are properly packaged so that they arrive safely and in good condition. Items damage in transit on the way back to us due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Faulty and Damage Items
If your item arrives faulty or damage we will replace the item at no charge or refund any money paid for the item upon receipt of the faulty item. A pre-paid postage label will be emailed to you or we will arrange collection.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.  Courier delivery damage is also not covered unless the product is clearly signed for as "damaged" at the point of acceptance.  You must sign for the item as damage when collecting it from the courier driver and notify us within 24 hours.


Items sent in error
In the unlikely event that a different item is sent to you other than the item you ordered, then a replacement item will be sent to you immediately or a full refund upon receipt of wrongly sent item.
