Warranty, due to shipping size, we cannot accept returns, however, we ARE authorized EV dealers,  so it will carry the full EV warranty, AND SPEAKER IS GUARANTEED WORKING 100% ON ARRIVAL

In the very unlikely event of a bad driver, warranty service would necessitate buyer removing and shipping the driver directly to EV warranty service, and we will provide assistance, invoice proof of purchase etc. (does not cover abuse, overdrive, etc by customer)

QUESTIONS: Ask all questions early as we are sometimes out of town a few days at a time and many weekends. We usually answer emails within a few days, often the same day, but NOT ALWAYS, so if you are the impatient "instant messaging demanding" type of bidder, please do not bid.

^{Some sellers charge a pickup fee, Our fair policy is this: (unless stated otherwise in ad): Pickup is only available Mon thru Fri 9-5 (NO weekends/ we do not stay late or come in early). You must let us know ahead of time when you can come and then receive acknowledgement that we have item ready for pickup as some items are in off site storage. Prepay (PAYPAL) or bring cash on pickup (CASH ONLY/No checks for pickup!) On some large items, you can prepay and we can set  item  outside for you to pickup at your convenience.  Unless other arrangements are made, pickup is due within 2 weeks of end of auction. $10 per week storage thereafter.}

Forms accepted listed in ad or contact us.  We can only take credit card through paypal. Payment due within 10 days of auction end. Do not bid if you will not be able to pay the full amount of the auction and shipping within 10 days. We do not cancel transactions, we DO file a non paying bidder report on all non-paying bidders.}

^{FEEDBACK: We generally  leave positive feedback for all positive transactions for which we receive feedback and prompt payment, however due to our volume, we often wait weeks and do a bulk amount at one time and not right away, as some expect. Buyers who harass us or  "nag" us for feedback may recieve neutral or  even negative feedback.}
