There are 2 large connectors: the 24pin (20+4) with mixed colors goes to the motherboard and the 20pin connector with yellow/red/black wires goes to the drives. They have the same shape so make sure they are not plugged to the wrong socket. The 8pin 12volt connector is optional (check your requirements).
