Care Instruction
Machine wash cold. Air dry preferred, or tumble dry low heat, Iron on reverse side low heat. Do not iron or steam, Do not enclose in a plastic bag. like a real fur, a faux fur needs to breath. Do not use blow dryer, hang it to dry.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of USPS/UPS confirmed delivery only in the event that the item you received was NOT what you ordered! In which case we will pay for return shipping and issue you a FULL REFUND!
Any items received damaged or defective should be reported within 2-3 business days of receipt.
