Bell Size Chart
The size chart is provided by the manufacturer and does not guarantee a perfect fit. Since our head shapes vary, please use this chart as a guide only.
Measure the circumference of the head, one inch above the eyebrows, right above the ears. Helmet should fit snug in order to protect your head properly.
Returns
No Re-Stocking fees! We accept new, unused merchandise (not used on a ride), within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns must include the tags, manual, accessories and product box.
This item qualifies for FREE Returns, in the 48 contiguous US states only. Must use our return label. Limited to 1st Return or Exchange only.
To prevent shipping damage, place the helmet in helmet bag, open side down in the product box. Place the product box in a shipping box, do not ship in product box alone. For a full refund of the item, return in the same condition.
Return Steps:
1. Start an eBay Return in My eBay > Purchase History. We will reply with a label within 24 hours.
2. Print the label, packing slip and include it with your return.

Lost / Shipping Damage / Defective Items: Please notify us immediately or within 1 week, if your package is lost or damaged. Send us a photo of the damage. For shipping damage, send us photos of the damaged area and shipping box. Please contact the carrier immediately to report the damage.
Exchange
For a faster exchange and to grab the item while it is still in stock, place a new order. Then start a eBay return for the original item (see steps above).
If you prefer to exchange by mail, you may if it the same model. Start a eBay Exchange Request in My eBay > Purchase History. The order will be exchanged by mail, if the the item is still available at the time of processing.

1 or 2 Day Shipping: FedEx Standard Overnight is guaranteed by 4:30pm to most areas. Rural areas, to 8pm. FedEx 2 Day shipping is guaranteed by 8pm.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. If duties are required by your country, they will collect it upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any duties or helmet standard regulations before ordering. If the item is returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable.
First Class Mail International - Delivery times varies by location. Most areas estimate 1-4 weeks for delivery. *
Priority Mail International - USPS estimates 6-10 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included. *
Priority Mail Express International - USPS estimates 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included. *
*These delivery estimates are quoted by USPS based on Customs passing the item within 24 hours. Some packages can be held at the Customs office for inspection or duties, which can delay delivery. Customs may hold the package for as long as they need to and USPS cannot expedite their process.
