We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. UK delivery normally takes no more than 3 to 5 working days. We also offer a single payment for a NEXT day delivery service for any single size single order.

For International delivery please allow 7 to 10 working days. However, the cost for this service can vary so be sure to check this prior to placing your order.

Deliveries take place between the hours of 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery. In the first instance, please always contact us to discuss returns where there is an error or fault and refer to our delivery terms.If you are able to provide a telephone number with your order we are able, at request to add text notifications to simplify tracking your order.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).

Please take note we do close for UK Bank Holiday periods, therefore dispatch times can be slightly longer around those periods.

Items no longer required or not fit for purpose can be returned to us with a no quibble guarantee (must be in original packaging) for a full refund within 30 days. We need to be able to identify returns upon receipt with your order so please try and include details to speed up the process. Faulty items can be exchanged for a replacement free of charge quickly and easily within the 2 year warranty.
