EuroSoy 800 Container Wax
A pure white 100% soy container wax. Manufactured entirely from hydrogenated soy bean oil and that’s all, nothing else; no paraffin, no stearine, no palm, no additives…..nothing!
Eurosoy 800 Container Wax is specifically formulated for the production of container and jar candles. Unlike most soy waxes, it is produced in the European Union and is competitively priced, readily available, sustainable and GMO free.
Euro-Soy is white in colour, slightly harder than most soy container waxes, has strong environmental credentials.
It can be used as a standalone container wax or as a blend component. EuroSoy 800 mixes well with other waxes, stearic acids or paraffin. It has a slightly lower melt point than conventional soy container waxes and has excellent glass adhesion characteristics.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Melt Eurosoy 800 to 10-15°C above melting point
2. It is important to check that the wax is completely melted and transparent
3. After melting cool down to 45°C (+/- 5°C)
4. Pour into container (glass, tin or other)
5. One or two pours may be required
6. Allow to cure before burning
7. Own testing is required due to variable room temperatures, humidity, fragrance oil loading/quality
FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FINISHED LOOK OF THE CANDLE
Heating Temperature: If the wax has not been completely melted (completely transparent) crystallisation may cause frostings.
Pouring Temperature: Varying the pouring temperature can cause changes in appearance after cooling. Containers and moulds need to be at room temperature or higher.
Cooling Temperature: Cooling too fast may cause wet spots and cracks. Cooling too slow may cause frosting.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:
As it is a 100% pure wax with no additives or any other oils, it needs certain conditions to produce the best results. Room temperature, pouring, cooling and humidity can all influence the final result. Own testing is required and is strongly recommended before large batches of orders are produced.
It is supplied in blocks of 0.5kg, 1kg, 3kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg.
