Parachute Ball Stretcher
The cone shaped sheath is made of black leather with silver snap closures. The leather parachute sheath snaps around the testicles to secure them.  There is a metal ring that hangs below, connected by three equally spaced chains. Classic CBT device.

The top opening diameter is adjustable with 2 sets of snaps  for an opening of  0.9 or 1.1 inches  (2.3 or 2.8 cm)
