If you need to pick up, we're open from 9am till 4.30pm Monday-Friday. Everything we have is in stock at our warehouse.

When will kenable send my order if I buy now?
Order before 3.30pm on a week day and we'll ship SAME DAY! For orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday, they'll be shipped on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
How does kenable send their orders?
We use Royal Mail 48 (2-5 days) for all of our small items, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our bigger ones.
Can kenable send it quicker?
If you need to upgrade, we offer Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) for our smaller items, or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for bigger ones.
Can I have it tomorrow?
We also offer Parcelforce 24 Next Working Day service for £4.99 per order. If you need pre-noon, just give us a phone.
Will I get the item I see on ebay or a different one?
We take all of the images you see ourselves, so it should be exactly the same. Our pickers pick and pack by barcode scanners so the chances of us sending the incorrect item is very uncommon.
