Shipping

  • Shipping is a convenience that is sometimes misunderstood. You pay me - I pay the carrier.
  • Shipping and handling costs reflect shipping, packaging, overhead and all administrative cost in order to send this item.
  • In some cases you can choose the least expensive shipping method during checkout to keep cost low. If you need an upgraded service tell me in the checkout instructions or send a message before you pay. IE: USPS First Class International costs less, but tracking is unreliable.
  • Packages are usually shipped via USPS or UPS
  • Shipping price is stated in the listing for the U.S.A. This includes P.O. Boxes. However if you select UPS as your carrier the package cannot be shipped to a PO Box. - You will have to supply a street address.
  • Once payment is received and cleared, item will be quickly shipped (same day /next day but usually within 3 business days).  
  • Unless the value is very high or the item is unusual in some way it will be shipped with No Signature requirement. Ask about this if it concerns you – but ask before the auction closes.
  • Seller reserves the right to ship WITH a Signature requirement when deemed necessary.
  • All U.S domestic packages will be traceable and the tracking number will be available on the order details page.
  • Please check your Ebay shipping address carefully before checkout as it cannot be changed once the order is completed. No 3rd party shipping
  • Weekends and holidays may delay shipping.
  • Please use the built in shipping calculator. If for some reason it does not work for you send me a message with your full address so I can estimate the shipping cost prior to bidding on the item.
  • International delivery varies by country. Customs inspection and other import issues may add to the transportation time. In some rare cases it could take up to 30 business days. Some deliveries have taken a great deal of time but 100% have been delivered to date.
  • Buyer is responsible for any import duty, taxes, customs fees, handling fees or any other fees real or imagined, levied by the destination country or destination delivery authority
  • All international packages will have a tracking number which will be available on the order details page. Please note: Some countries outside the USA do not scan the barcode and tracking may not be consistent. If you are an International buyer please understand it will take longer for your item to arrive. In all cases please contact the shipping company ( USPS, UPS, etc) for delivery times and dates.

Returns/Warranty

  • Check the RETURN POLICY for the auction.
  • If a Guaranteed Item arrives defective, you can return your item within the return policy time frame for a complete refund of the original payment (including the original shipping paid) however, buyer pays for return shipping.
  • Please note I am not responsible for adjustments after the return policy time frame expires.
  • You should examine the package immediately upon receipt.
  • If the package appears to be damaged during shipment please refuse to sign for the package and it will be returned to me. If the carrier has simply delivered the package you must contact me immediately.
  • All non-seller mistakes or goods returned that are in fact Not Defective are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • I reserve the right to refuse any return.
  • Return shipping cost is always paid by the buyer under all circumstances.

 

IMPORTANT: Please be responsible as a buyer. Know the item you are bidding upon. Know what it is, know how to use it, know what additional material you will need if it is a part or a piece of something else. For example; you bid on automobile tires but expect the wheels to come with them, and the car, and the driver, and a full tank of gas.
