Dye lot variance of 1 to 2 shades is considered normal.  To minimize color variances, we recommend that all items used for one party be ordered at the same time.

Sales Tax:  Sales tax is only charged for Illinois shipping addresses, 8.75%  sales  tax  will be added to order.
Shipping:  Our goal is to process and ship and your order within 2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to the continental USA. . 

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes. We ship to select countries outside of the United States through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
