Shipping

If you choose to have your goods delivered by Standard Delivery Royal Mail 48, we aim to deliver your goods within 2 - 5 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than (4 pm). As we rely on external delivery companies, we can only indicate the estimated delivery times as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times. For other delivery options please refer to the table below. Your parcel will be sent by our signed recorded service so you can track where it is and you will receive an email or text confirmation. If you choose to have your goods delivered by Standard Delivery Royal Mail 24 we aim to deliver your goods within 1 - 2 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than (4 pm). Please note Standard Delivery Royal Mail 24 is not a guaranteed service. If you would like a guaranteed service Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm) would be ideal to use but from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than (4 pm).   













Terms

Here at Norwood Textiles, we take it upon ourselves to ensure that all of the goods and services that we provide of are the highest standard. For one reason or another, however, there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase. Should this be the case you should endeavour to return the unused item to us, preferably with the original packaging, within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.

In the event of a product return, the process will generally look something like this:

The customer (you) sends a written request via ebay message for a return to be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the item.

We (Norwood Textiles) will authorise the return so that it can be accepted by our warehouse. Please consider that if you ship the item back to us without authorisation, our warehouse may not be able to accept the return.

The product must be returned by the buyer safely in a saleable condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product is delivered safely. Please note that all effort must be made to ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, if the original packaging is not available for any reasons then please contact us before sending the items back. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. If you need our assistance for return of goods, then please contact us.

Having received the item, our customer care will then proceed to conduct full refund, considered on a case by case basis. Sadly, this process might take a few days after the return is accepted, but note that we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

NOTE: When returning items you should keep a record of proof of postage, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit during their journey to our warehouse.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy:

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products such as pillows, duvets and mattress protectors if they have been opened. However, if the products are found to be faulty, exceptions can be made. We are also unable to accept any products which have been assembled.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process. 

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged please contact us. In the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault with your item please send us a message through eBay message by showing an image where the fault is.

It is buyers responsibility to ensure the item is unused and in the original condition and packaging. If you would like to return your item for any other reason we will of course accept the return if informed with in 30 days. The buyer is responsible for returns postage, and so it is advisable to use a traceable service, but not special delivery.
