We accept PayPal payment and major credit and debit cards through papal. We also accept Bank draft, payment order and Postal Orders.  However, in event when you sent payment other than papal, please allow us reasonable time to confirm the payment in our bank.

The Textile Zone North only accept the return within 30 days of delivery but the Item must not be used in packed in its original packing. For any items that are not returned in their original saleable condition we reserve the right to refund only a percentage of the original purchase price. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

Exchanging faulty, damaged or incorrect goods:

If the goods which we deliver are faulty or damaged or not what you had ordered, Textile Zone North  will exchange the goods immediately if available in stock or issue a full credit to you Account including delivery charges of any upon receipt of the goods. please note that the the colour may not be challenged that its more darker or lighter or more lighter or darker we will accept the return but will charge the postage if its been listed as free post as we already paid the post on a Free post item so please ask about the colour before final check out.

If you are not satisfied with any of the goods delivered with other issues like Mind Change:

If buyer have changed of mind upon receiving the item for any reason where there is no fault at supplier's end. We will still accept your return accordingly if the item is not been used and in its saleable packing but will deduct the postal charges of GBP: 3.95, for all thoes item which we listed as free postage as we post it to the buyer for free but actually we paid the cost of its post for shipping therefore if you return an item with out any resin we will deduct the £3.95 for each item and additional item  charged £2.95 as on all free post listed item we already paid these charges and not charge from the buyer account.

Receiving a Refund:

All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated

We aim to answer all your questions and queries within 24 hours, however, if the message is missed and we could not reply that may be due to an error. We will request you to drop an email/message through eBay system to remind us.

We will leave a good feedback once you have received the item and you are happy with it and you have left a positive feedback.
