Pricing:
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors occasionally may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
We reserve the right to adjust any price for the following reasons:
Increase of our supplier's prices. Imposition of any taxes or duties. Omission or errors on the published price. Resulting from unauthorised editing of prices by any fraudulent activity. Any typographical errors. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments whether the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders published at the incorrect price.
VAT
All our Ebay listing prices include 20% VAT.
We deliver all our items to the whole of the U.K and most items can also be delivered to European countries.
We do a combined postage discount on two or more items, simply order the items you require but do not pay straight away, let us combine the purchases together on to one invoice. We will then email you the combined invoice with the reduced postage cost; you then pay one flat delivery fee for multiple orders. We can only combine postage on items that have not yet been paid for.
We are happy to deliver items around the world, subject to yhe customer being responsible for any customs and duties. Our international preference if for the customer to us eBay global shipping.
Currently we only ship items on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday with an 8am cut off time for items brought on any of those days to be sent out on those days.
Postage and Shipping Costs:
Most items are free postage to Mainland UK, Shipping Surcharges will apply to the Highlands and Island, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland. Smaller items, we have shipping rates built into our store for these areas.
Larger Machines will be subject to an additional quotation which must be paid in full prior to dispatching. In all circumstances, we endeavor to seek the best shipping prices. The shipping will be subject to VAT.
European Postal Services:
If you would you like a quote for a European overseas delivery service, please email us the items required and the country of where you would like the items to be sent and then we will be able to give you a fixed postage cost. Again, many of our items do have European rates built into the shop postage tool.
Items Lost in Transit:
Things occasionally get lost, we send most our items via courier. They will send you tracking details to the email account provided at time of sale. We do not generally add these to the eBay tracking as it is time consuming and unnecessary given the that tracking is already in place. If you have not received your item within 7 days, please do contact us sooner if required. A quick phone call is the best solution.
- Returns accepted for the items we sell. They buyer will pay the return carriage if the item is returned as it was wrongly ordered or specified. It will also be subject to a handling charge, of 20% the full sale price. Such notice must be within 7 days of receipt.
- If you change your mind after ordering an item from us, you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days and receive a full refund. The seven working day period will begin on the day you receive the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is returned after the seven working day period, then a 20% re-stocking/administration fee will be applied to your refund, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or phone.
We will offer a full refund and arrange an uplift under the following circumstances:
- The item you receive is incorrect and not the item you ordered.
- The item is received damaged (we must be advised within 24hrs) The item must be un-used and in it's original box and in a fully marketable condition. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to call us.
- Refunds will only be finalized when the goods have been returned and have been inspected and can be restocked. If they do not meet our standards, part refund will be offered.
- Warranty: All our products are genuine, new and have a full manufacturers guarantee unless stated on the listing. Faulty item: In the very unlikely event of your item being faulty, just simply contact our customer services either by email or phone. Please have the item and invoice details when contacting us, this helps us to deal with your query a lot quicker. If the item has been used, we will manage any warranty claim for you. Warranties on the machines we sell are provided by the Manufacturer, The majority are 12months parts and labour, Fox machines have a further 2 years parts only warranty.
