Payment by Paypal is preferred. We welcome international buyers. Please note we are not responsible for import taxes and charges or customs delays which are outside of our control.
Orders are shipped out once payment has been cleared. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days for all purchases, with most items within 1 working day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on Monday or next working day (in cases of public holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on the postal service selected:

Europe EU - 3- 7 Business Days
Rest of the World 7-14 Business Days
Occasionally, items do suffer some delays in the mail.
If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've tried to deliver it, or check with your neighbours to find out whether the package has been left with them. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait a few days in case it's been delayed in the post. If you still haven't received your item, please contact us.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for items sent abroad before considering it lost (This is to allow time for an item to be delivered overseas - it may have been held at customs or a local delivery office in the destination country and be waiting for collection or redelivery if no one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted).
