Due to the nature of the products we sell we may not be able to accept a return on adult toys for hygiene reasons. So please select your products carefully as a exchange or refund may not be possible.
Any products sent back for refund must be in original unopened packaging and returned at the cost of the buyer. A refund will only be approved after inspection by us. Please contact us prior to returning any items for refund or exchange.
In the rare scenario of a product being faulty when it arrives, please contact us within 5 days of the product arriving and we will provide further instructions to you on our faulty product return process.
