Freight Shipping Terms (For large items can't be shipped by FedEx or UPS)

  • Please be aware that all freight shipments are curbside deliveries and the deliveries are usually scheduled before 5pm, Monday to Friday. 
    You must be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur shipment delay and/or additional charges. Please note that the delivery company is NOT responsible for lifting or carrying the item into your home. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the item into your home. Inside deliveries are available at an additional cost. Customers living in remote or rural areas are responsible for additional shipping charges if we get notification from shipping company before delivery.
  • Please note that we use furniture carrier for delivery. Due to the care level required for the shipment, it will take longer than regular freight trucking. Please allow 10-14 business day for delivery.

Curb side delivery ONLY & NO Lift gate Service!

  • This is the default shipping service for all large items if not otherwise stated. Shipping company will delivery your order to the curb side of your address. Since NO lift gate charge was included in your shipping fee paid, you will be expected to assist the delivery driver to unload the merchandise. You will move the merchandise to your home of office
  • There is a $50 liftgate charge if requested. Please contact us before we ship out your order.

White Glove Delivery

Payment Method

    • We can only ship your package to the address that you provided on eBay. Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your order ship to. If an address change is needed, we will cancel this order.
    • Local pickup available Mon-Fri 10am-6pm PST.
    • Order placed on weekend will be shipped on next Monday except holiday.
      Most of our items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Due to the overwhelming response of buyers, and the availability of this item may be changed, therefore, please confirm with us BEFORE buying if shipping time is your big concern.     Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time during regular business hours to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. Customer may also arrange to pick up the shipment from the carrier if desired.

    Before You Sign for the Delivery:
    Customer is responsible for inspecting all packaging before signing/accepting delivery. When your shipment arrives, the most important step you should inspect the packaging thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there appears to be any possible damage, package should be opened carefully for inspection of the product. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery, and send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts. If there is extensive damage to the shipment, please refuse the shipment and contact us via eBay message immediately for resolution. Business Hour: Mon-Fir 9am - 6pm PST. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery.

    FREE Curbside Delivery:
    Delivery for large/heavy/oversize items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and will be unloaded by the driver. The items will be unloaded and placed on your property at the spot nearest your driveway/curbside. Customers will be responsible for the items from this point and items WILL NOT be carried any further by delivery persons. Customers will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time during regular business hours to arrange delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. This option will be offered during checkout phase of your online purchase.

  • We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund will be provided for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented items within 30 days.
  • We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged products.
  • Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees. Buyer will be responsible to return in original condition within packaging as received and will be responsible for any damage in return transit.
  • All return products have to obtain an RMA number before it is being shipped back.
  • To obtain an RMA #number please message us through eBay. A return item without an RMA #number on package will not be accepted by our warehouse.
  • shipping and handling fees are non-refundable; please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping", our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund.
