How to Apply

Step 1:            File Nails into Shape

Step 2:            Push back Cuticles on your Nails and remove the shine from the nail plate using a buffing block, and remove  

                       dust with nail wipe

Step 3:            Apply a thin Layer of Base Gel ensuring that you coat the tip of the nail. NOTE: Each layer will have a sticky

                       residue; do not remove until the final step as it will stop the next layer adhering properly.

Step 4:           Curing by nail LED lamp (30 Seconds) or 36W nail UV lamp (1 minute)

Step 5:           Apply 1st Layer of Nail Gel ensuring that you coat the tip of the nail

Step 6:           Curing by LED nail lamp (30 seconds) or UV nail lamp (2 minutes)

Step 7:           Apply 2nd Layer of Nail Gel ensuring that you coat the tip of the nail

Step 8:           Curing by LED nail lamp (30 seconds) or UV nail lamp (2 minutes)

Step 9:           Apply Top Coat ensuring that you coat the tip of the nail

Step 10:         Curing by LED nail lamp (60 seconds) or UV nail lamp (2 minutes)

Step 11:         Wipe Each Nail with Alcohol to Remove Sticky Film


How to Remove

Step 1:            Soak cotton pad with acetone.

Step 2:            Place soaked cotton pad on nail and wrap with foil for 10 minutes

Step 3:            Remove foil and gently use a wood stick

Step 4:            Use a 120/180 buffer to lightly buff the nail surface

Step 5:            Apply cuticle oil

We accept returns of any item the is faulty/damaged or not as described and will refund your payment in full, without question. We simply ask that item(s) are returned in their original condition within 30 days with a note of your eBay user id.


Due to the nature of the product if you are wanting to a do a return the product has to be unused and in it's original condition

Lost Post


If you don't receive your item within the Shipping timescales please contact me asap.   For items posted in the UK a claim for loss can't be made via Royal Mail unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items).  For items posted to Europe this is at least 20 working days or for items to the rest of the world  25 working days have passed from the due delivery date.   If you item hasn't turned up after these timescales full refund will be issued up to the maximum insurance value of the postage selected.
Shipping

Royal Mail aim to deliver item(s) dispatched via 1st class post within 1-2 business days, whilst for 2nd class they aim to deliver within 2-3 business days.  European air mail is usually from 5-7 days, countries outside of Europe normally take from 7-14 days.  Royal Mail class business days as Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).  Please note that these services are estimated deliveries times only and not a guarantee that they will be delivered within these time scales.


A proof of postage is obtained for all items.  All items sent within the UK will have the option to be posted by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, insured up to a value of £20 or Royal Mail Signed for, insured up to £50 or Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured up to £500.  Standard Parcels and Signed for will be offered on all purchases but if your items total more than £50 Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Please make sure you choose the correct level of postage as any lost items will only be refunded up to the value of the insurance provided
