Kenneth Edwin Hood was a popular 20th century Australian abstract artist and curator, who made significant contributions to the National Gallery Of Victoria. Hood studied at the Royal Melbourne Technical College before travelling to England and Europe. In 1961 he became assistant curator at the National Gallery of Victoria. His works are represented in several state and provincial collections.
